Child Headed Homes

Background
In our programme of child care and development, we have realised that children living in families headed by children need special care; they need a parent/guardian to help them cope with the hardships they face day to day.

In this programme, our activities have been concentrated in Gasabo and recently in Bicumbi, a district next to Gasabo, and a few others in Kigali Ville. There are 140 families of CHH.

Achieving the Goals and Objectives for CHH

That every sponsor commits to giving £34 a month.  
Note: Such sponsors could be an individual or a group of individuals who would collectively contribute £34 a month.

Your £34 covers:

• Salary for the social worker £5\CHH\ Month
• Administration £01.40\CHH\ Month
• Transport £01.40\CHH\ Month
• Support to the household £26.04\CHH\ Month
